Meet our Pathfinders/St Paul's Crew 🥰

They attend SETU Arena twice a week for a 60 minute guided fitness class

10 amazing souls that light up my day! I am super proud of the guys and of all their hard. There has been massive improvements on fitness levels, balance, cordation and listening skills over the past 4 weeks. It is a privilege to be working with the guys and I can not wait for the weeks ahead .......

This is Perfect for all ladies over 40 who may be beginners to fitness or who may need some gentle exercise.
