2023 with Pathfinders

What a funfilled year with this amazing bunch. It has been an absolute pleasure & honour working with Rory, Kelly, Amy, David, Barry, Kerry Ann, Kitty, Kevin, Conor & Josh. I am super proud of all their progress it has been outstanding to watch and be apart of. I can not wait to continue working with you all in "2024"

ASD Ireland were here at SETU Arena today as part of the CYSPC "children and young people's service committee event"

What a fantastic resource to have for all of your event needs and they have a NEW wheelchair friendly mobile sensory room coming soon ♿️

They guys at asd lreland also kit out sensory rooms for any Buisness using "irish products" 👐

Meet our Pathfinders/St Paul's Crew 🥰

They attend SETU Arena twice a week for a 60 minute guided fitness class

10 amazing souls that light up my day! I am super proud of the guys and of all their hard. There has been massive improvements on fitness levels, balance, cordation and listening skills over the past 4 weeks. It is a privilege to be working with the guys and I can not wait for the weeks ahead .......

"Waterford sports ability day 2023" Waterford Sports Partnership SETU Arena Big shout out to Jordan & Peter at Waterford Sports Partnership, Rachel IWA-Sport , all the local sports groups, volunteers and all the team at setu for all there hard work. It was such a fantastic day from start to finish. The hall was packed full of FUN & laughter. Waterford sports partnership keep up the fantastic work 👏

Super excited to continue working as a tutor for Waterford Sports Partnership on this brilliant programme

▪︎ September 25th to October 27th
▪︎ November 1st to November 29th
▪︎ 5 week blocks
▪︎ Location Carrickphierish Sports hall
▪︎ Wednesdays
▪︎ 8pm to 9pm

This is Perfect for all ladies over 40 who may be beginners to fitness or who may need some gentle exercise.

What is it all about.....

• 1 class per week
• 60min per class
• For all levels
• We aim to improve strength, bone density, cardio fitness, balance & cordation
