The month of May has been a busy one for us with coaching & classes. A huge variation in clientele with interests in strenght training, general fitness, weight loss and preparation for events including Viking marathon, Tryka & Hyrox. Always happy to help 🙌
Current timetable includes:
Monday: Hybrid Style Fitness at 6:15pm
Thursday: Hybrid Style Fitness at 6:15pm
Saturday: Strength Based GYM Class at 8:30am
PT sessions on Saturday mornings (AM)
Online clients throughout the week

Strength based small group fitness class launching in May. Every Saturday at 8:30am.
Takes place in the gym with barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, racks, bands and equipment.
