The restrictions have got us feeling a loss of identity, overwhelmed, anxious, aware and grateful! You are not alone if you feeling this way as a lot of people are at the moment. Just remember as the country reopens go at your own pace and if you need to talk to anybody we have supports in place for you! ✨

Welcome to our newest student initiative MOTIVATIONAL MONDAYS! ✨

Every Monday we will be posting information specifically focused on Supporting your Mental Health and Wellbeing! We will have story take overs from the Counselling services team, videos on techniques for managing stress and anxiety, self-development tools and coaching aswell as ideas on how to plan your day!

We are here to support you and the hope for Motivational Mondays is for you all to know that you are not alone and that many people are feeling a little overwhelmed or anxious at the moment

If you have any issues or questions you can always message us here or email [email protected] and we will be able to point you in the right direction - tag a friend to get the conversation going on mental health, let’s break the stigma 💬

We are hosting an online workshop for any students who are registered with the Disability Office

We are looking for students who want to get involved and help the first years entering your course by sharing information and and insight into your college experience.
