Construction companies face enormous systemic and legacy challenges when promoting diversity & inclusion in the workplace.

Siobhan O'Shea, Client Services Director for Cpl Jobs Ireland will be speaking at our Conference this September. Siobhan is a frequent speaker and brand ambassador for Cpl's 'Future of Work Institute' on Diversity & Inclusion and workplace trends.
Siobhan is a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce Board and chairs the Labour taskforce. She is also Chair of the Dublin Regional Skills Forum, and a member of the DBEI Future of ICT Skills and HEA Springboard expert groups. Siobhan is a mentor with the Trinity College Women in Business Network. She previously held a number of leadership roles with recruitment firm Morgan McKinley.
Her early career was spent in New York working as an Investment Advisor on Wall Street and as a Producer for financial television network CNBC. Siobhan qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD. She is proud Mum to Willow and David.

Manisha is a subject matter expert in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Communications and Organisational Change. She is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Europe Middle East and Africa Bloomberg LP. She brings innovation and tenacity to designing and delivering strategic D&I solutions that drive organisational change. Prior to joining Bloomberg, she was at New York Life for ten years where she worked in Communications, Operations, Management and Corporate Diversity & Inclusion actively managing strategies to build and retain a diverse an inclusive workforce.
She is a mentor and coach to students and professionals through a variety of programs and initiatives. She earned a Diversity Management Certificate from Cornell University, a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Communications from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.
