What a week we had this week at summer camp 🌞

We started off the short week with some outside play where the kids were doing some yoga exercises 🧘‍♀️playing with the dolls houses, playing racing games against each other 🏃‍♂️having fun on the spinning see saw seeing who could go the fastest 😍So much fun with their friends

To end the week our little artist had the best time turning ordinary stones into colourful masterpieces 🪨✨With paint, feathers, stickers and lots of imagination, every child created something unique to take home.

It was lovely to see so many smiling faces and busy hands as everyone explored their creativity and had fun together 💕⭐️

We hope everyone had a lovely bank holiday weekend. See you all next week for more fun ☺️

What a FUN-FILLED week we had at Summer Camp! ☀️🎉

We kicked things off with a lovely trip to the local park 🌳🛝 — lots of running, laughing, and fresh air! Along the way, we also had some great chats about road safety 🚸, helping the children build awareness and confidence when out and about.

Back at the crèche, creativity was in full swing 🎨✨ We made AMAZING sand creations using pink dyed sand and added lots of sparkly glitter 💖✨ This activity supports sensory development, fine motor skills, and encourages imaginative play — and the results were just beautiful!

But the highlight of the week… FAIRY DOORS!!! 🧚‍♀️🚪💫
A huge shoutout to Lorcan, who helped cut out the wooden fairy doors — we think we might have a future apprentice on our hands! 🛠️👏 The children then decorated their very own fairy doors using paint, stickers, and gems 🌈💎 We even used wood flooring to create them — how cool is that?! Such a magical and creative experience for everyone!

We had so much fun, lots of smiles, and made some wonderful memories this week 💕😊 Can’t wait for more adventures next week!

☀️🎉 Summer Camp Fun Continues! 🎉☀️

What an amazing week we’ve had at camp! 💛 Our little adventurers have been busy learning, exploring, and having SO much fun!

💦 Water play was a huge hit – splashing, laughing, and cooling off in the sunshine!
🎣 We even went duck catching with fishing rods – lots of excitement and great for developing coordination and patience!
🐴 The children loved washing the horses, brushing them, and doing their hair – such a lovely way to learn care, responsibility, and kindness.
🌿 Our special trip to the river was unforgettable! We caught lots of tiny baby fish 🐟 and carefully returned them safely to the water, learning all about being gentle and respecting nature 💚

🎨 Creativity has been flowing too! From painting beautiful pictures to making delicious-looking pretend ice creams 🍦 and drawing freely from their imaginations.
🧠 Peg board challenges helped us create wonderful designs using our brilliant minds – problem-solving and creativity at its best!
✂️ Cutting activities helped develop fine motor skills while having lots of fun!

Every activity supports learning and development – building confidence, coordination, creativity, and social skills 🤝✨

We are so proud of all our little campers 💕 The fun never stops! 😄🌈

BEST. WEEK. EVER!!! 🌞🎉🚌

The fun has been non-stop at camp this week and the children have been LOVING every second! 💛 From adventures at Kilrosanty Playground 🛝 to yummy treats at Crough Coffee 🍦☕ and exploring Dungarvan Park 🌳 (with a lovely stroll through the town!), there were smiles everywhere you looked 😄

The bus journeys were just as fun – full of singing, giggles, and loud shouts of “BEST SUMMER EVER!!!” 🎶🚌🎤

Back at camp, the creativity kept flowing with hairband making 🎀✨ – so many fabulous designs and very proud campers showing them off!

So much more than just fun, the children are building friendships 🤝, growing in confidence 🌟, staying active 🏃‍♀️ and letting their imaginations shine 💫

We are truly making memories to last a lifetime 🌈💖

What a wonderful way to finish off our Fantastic Week! 🌈💛

The children enjoyed a lovely walk to the playground, taking in the beautiful sunshine along the way. 🌳🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Once we arrived, we had so much fun playing parachute games! We played Cat and Mouse 🐱🐭, made a giant colourful parachute tent ⛺, and everyone loved trying to “Pop the Popcorn” 🍿⚽ by bouncing the football high into the air! The children also loves playing in the playground, pushing each other on swings and merry go rounds and going down the slides!

Next, it was time to test our football skills with a fun round of penalties! 🥅⚽ The children showed fantastic enthusiasm, teamwork, and encouragement for one another.

To finish off the day, we all enjoyed our lunch together on the picnic benches in the beautiful sunshine with our friends. 🧺🥪☀️ There were lots of smiles, laughter, and happy memories made.

We are so proud of all the children for their energy, kindness, and participation throughout Fantastic Week. What a brilliant way to end such a fun-filled week! 🌟❤️

🌞🎉 WEEK ONE DONE… AND WHAT A PHENOMENAL START TO SUMMER CAMP!! 🎉🌞

We have had the most INCREDIBLE first week and the energy, excitement, and smiles have been absolutely contagious from start to finish! 😍🔥 Every single day has been jam-packed with fun, laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable moments 💥✨

🏃‍♂️ Our Sports Day was full of high energy, friendly competition, cheering teams, and BIG wins all around! The kids gave it their all and had the best time! 🙌💪
⚽ We headed off to the Astro Pitch for some action-packed games, brilliant teamwork, and plenty of goals! Future stars in the making for sure! 🌟🥅
🛝 Playground trips brought endless laughs, adventures, and lots of time to just enjoy being kids and having fun together! 😄🌈
🏸 Our badminton games were a huge hit with rallies, skills, and lots of excitement building throughout the week! 🎯
🎲 Monopoly games had everyone thinking, planning, and negotiating like pros – we’ve got some serious strategists in camp! 😆💼
⛳ And to finish off an already amazing week… we treated the kids to a trip to Tinhalla Driving Range! Such a fun experience and the perfect way to wrap up a brilliant week! 🙌💚

From making new friends 🤝 to building confidence 💫 and trying new activities every day, it’s been so special to see everyone getting involved, supporting each other, and having so much FUN! 🥳💖

And the best part… THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING!! 🤩🎉 We have so many more exciting activities, trips, games, surprises, and unforgettable days planned for the weeks ahead! 🌟🔥

What a FUN-FILLED day at Rathgormack Summer Camp today! ☀️😄🎉

We started off with a lovely walk up the road (safely and carefully as always 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️💛) to the community hall, where we kicked things off with a great game of football ⚽🔥—lots of energy, teamwork and big smiles all around! 😃👏We even had a Waterford Gaelic footballer there to teach the children some skills🤩

Then it was off to the Astro pitch where the excitement continued with an action-packed hurling match 🏑💪 followed by another brilliant game of football ⚽🙌… which went to PENALTIES!! 😱🥅 It was very serious and SO much fun!! 😆🔥

And of course… no day would be complete without some playground fun! 🛝🎈 Lots of laughs, games and happy faces all afternoon 😍😁

A busy, active and super fun day from start to finish!! 💥🎉🌟
