Pat Rockett Karate and Kickboxing Academy has karate, kickboxing and boxing classes, also Waterford Fitness, with personal training.

The Pat Rockett Karate and Kickboxing Academy is now the biggest karate and kickboxing organisation in the south east,with 24 black-belt instructors who work voluntary to promote standards of expert instruction,and who kindly give their time to raise funds to send juniors to compete internationally. Pat received his 6th Dan in 2011 and is continuously working full time promoting Martial Arts. Pat

Back in February of this year Taylor Lennon won best female fighter of the day at Gmacs karate championships in Dublin. Thanks to Karen and Gordan from GMAC Taylor received her trophy this weekend.
This little girls an absolute 6 year old warrior sweeping the board with 2 gold medals at the WUKF Karate championships in Waterford.

The end of a great day at the WUKF Ireland Karate championships in Waterford.
Silver rotation Kayla, Klaudia, and Aoibheean. Silver rotation also Rotation team to Evan Eathan and Adam. What a brilliant first competition for Ann Marie Shalloe winning a silver medal in kata, amazing job from Ann Marie. Oisin De Burca winning Bronze in another hard division, always proud of Oisins brilliant attitude to competition. Clodagh cullen winning two silver and a gold after time away from karate. Massive thanks to our coaches Charmaine ,Clodagh, Dean,Mark, Riana.
