New timetable from Monday 26 May 2025.
Classes cancelled Monday and Wednesday this week
Due to the cold and icy weather forecast, classes are cancelled. The gym will be very cold having been closed for the holidays and the roads may not be safe for travel. Stay warm, stay safe.

Congratulations to our head coach Pat Evans who was awarded his 3rd Dan Black belt by Kevin O'Sullivan 5th Dan Black belt at our grading today.
This is a very proud day for the club and we are very grateful to Pat for all his hard work.
