Lots of new gatherings and classes arriving in the new year to support new thinking and feelings of as my 4 year old Granddaughter Kailagh sings when she achieves something "I did it I did it" and the excitement is playful.

In response to this we are now offering an evening chair yoga class.
Thursday evenings 6.30pm to 7.45pm

Dancing The Rainbow is a 7 week programme designed to explore the subtle body/chakra system.
Each Chakra resonates with a different colour, sound, movement etc.
We explore each chakra weekly through dance to bring balance to the subtle, physical and mind body.
Classes begin from Tue evening 12th of September and will run forthnightly.
