Michael is a multi-award winning Chef with over twenty-two years’ experience in the industry. Michael was Head Chef at Waterford Castle for seventeen years.
Having trained in Ballymaloe in 1991, he continued to work there for five years which led to him working in several Michelin stared restaurants in Belfast and London where he gained invaluable experience and knowledge. My Men only cookery course which took place yesterday was a huge success. We had a great day including a delicious lunch and the participants left with their hands full of beautifully cooked food. I am now taking bookings for my next workshop, Winter Warmers which takes place in the Hook & Ladder Cookery school on Saturday 24th October.
