We are so excited to welcome all our children back as we put the final touches to the schools — we’re just as excited as you are! 💛

📍 **Ardmore:** Wednesday 9.10–10.10am
📍 **Kinsalebeg:** Thursday
• Morning: 9.10–10.10am
• Afternoon: 12.20–1.20pm

We know the transition from home to school is a big step. Excitement and nervousness can be very close emotions, so we encourage you to acknowledge those feelings, reassure your child how amazing they are, and remind them that **they can do this!** 🌟

We had the two most beautiful graduation ceremonies in Ardmore and Kinsalebeg 🎓🎓🎓🎆
The sun didn't shine however the children certainly did ☀️ 🌞 ☀️
We are super proud of all the boys and girls.
Thank you to all the parents for making it so special and to the girls for their dedication, hard work and care. Helping each child reach their full potential and preparing them for the next step of their educational journey 🙏🙏🙏🌻

Parenting a child who struggles with regulation can feel relentless.
You’re trying to stay calm… but inside, it can feel like you’re anything but.

This 2-evening workshop is about supporting you — not just your child.

Evening 1: Managing Your Internal World
Learn how to recognise what’s happening in your nervous system in tough moments
Understand triggers, overwhelm, and why it’s so hard to “stay calm”
Build practical ways to steady yourself — even in the middle of chaos

Evening 2: Managing the Outside World
Handle public meltdowns with more confidence and less fear of judgement
Navigate family dynamics (including when others don’t understand)
Know what to say, what to do, and how to protect your child’s dignity

This is not about being a “perfect parent.”
It’s about having real tools for real life — the kind that actually work on the hard days.
