Adam took gold in Adult Intermediate with three dominant submissions. 🥇
Both are young , competent and talented grapplers taking on the adult division. Amazing work.

Saturday mornings at 8.30 we have jiujitsu as gaeilge . The numbers have been great and using jiujitsu as a means to improve their grasp of the Irish language has been so good.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of your jiujitsu ability or level of Irish.
