What an amazing 9 month journey with all of our Students.🧘‍♀️🕉....our students graduated at the weekend and are going out into their Community's bringing a wonderful range of offerings...from Yoga for nurodiverse.....Yoga for people living in homelessness.....Yoga for people recovering from addiction ....Yoga for people with special needs along with enriching the offerings in yoga studios and community halls locally and nationally 💫💫💫 its been an honour to share space and time with you all...and you are all amazing teachers 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️....a big thank you also to the Alphazone Teaching Team and to .studios_waterford for their continued support with gifting us their studio for community classes 🙏

We are delighted to share that Agni Rusina Kaiser will be delivering Tachyon Vertical Reality1 Seminar here in Ireland on the 18th 20th & 21st June.

Vertical Reality 101. It’s not just a course—it’s a journey to peel back the layers of conditioning, of patterns and voices that have long shaped your days, keeping you from feeling the powerful simplicity of this very moment. Vertical Reality is an invitation to reconnect with your true, enlightened Being, and over the 3 days of vertical reality 1, you’ll walk a path leading you inward and upward, toward a greater, freer existence.

Silencing the Super-Ego
First, you’ll learn to identify what we often call the “super-ego,” that constant murmur of judgment and limitation that sometimes seems to control your every thought. You’ll discover, though, that these internal dialogues are far from permanent—they’re simply habits of thought, and they can be quieted, even stopped. Here, we practice techniques that loosen these deeply rooted beliefs, shake loose the heavy shackles of doubt, and invite new ways of seeing yourself and your place in the world. You’ll start recognizing these conditioned patterns and feel the beginnings of a shift—a shift that brings you closer to manifesting the truest desires of your heart.

Entering the Vertical Moment
As you move forward, you’ll come to know the Vertical Moment—that present, potent moment of now, where enlightenment waits like a spark in the dark, ready to illuminate your entire Being. Imagine touching that moment fully, stepping beyond the mind’s chatter, and feeling yourself aligned with the world, free from the weight of past or future, from memory or prediction.

Restructuring Your Reality
Through this journey, you’ll encounter teachings designed to gently, and powerfully restructure your model of reality. Suddenly, the world as you know it opens up as if the sky itself stretches wider. You’ll find that the limitations you once took for truth become pliable, illusions that can dissolve into the stillness of a new awareness. Here, you’ll be connected to Source in ways that run deeper than imagination alone can fathom.

Awakening with Entrainment
This is the Vertical Reality—a space where your energy aligns with nature, where physical and non-physical energies meet, and where an energetic shift starts to awaken in your Being. Through a process called entrainment, you’ll find yourself moving in harmony with energies that fill and animate every part of existence.
