"Today marks the end of an incredible chapter.
After 3 amazing years, we're closing the doors to our gym.
It's been an unforgettable journey, marked by 2x Irish Titles, a Professional title, 2 world championship medals, and the first kickboxing show at Theatre Royal.
We've seen countless kids build confidence and fall in love with the sport.
Our gym was a family for everyone who walked through those doors.
Thank you all for your unwavering support. ❤️❤️
Though this chapter ends, I'm hopeful that the phoenix will rise again, and we'll be together sooner rather than later.

So the dust has settled on the prestigious iska world championships. All our lads competed in the K1 categories in their respective weights. What can I say only the competition was fierce and had the most combatants with an average of 16 competitors in the category sometimes more!!
For the first world championships for the gym we are coming home with two bronze medals 🥉🥉❤️
Team Ireland come away with 17 medals over all 4 gold 🥇6 silver 🥈 and 7 bronze 🥉
This is an amazing achievement for the club and Ireland itself. We had a great team of warriors. Massive thanks to for the laughs, support and of course the continuous olé chants. We we’re definitely the loudest even if we had one of the smallest teams 💪
We will be back better and stronger to change those bronze to silver or even gold!!!

🔥 Today marks the thrilling conclusion of the prestigious ISKA amateur world championships. We're excited to have still in the tournament, giving it his all!
🥉 Before we continue, let's take a moment to celebrate the incredible journey of Joni Hayes. Just a little over a year ago, she embarked on this path, and now she proudly brings home a bronze in her first world championships. We couldn't be prouder! Joni is forever etched in history as the first world championship medalist from the Phoenix family. 🏆
❌ Unfortunately, Darragh had an unlucky draw with his opponent, and I made the tough call to prioritize his safety and withdraw him from the fight. Above all else, safety is paramount. While Darragh may be disappointed and annoyed at me for stopping it, I will never allow my fighters to be unnecessarily hurt. Take the time to enjoy the rest of your trip, Darragh, as we'll regroup, refocus, and come back even stronger next year! 💪
💪 Jamie, who showcased incredible courage, faced his first fight head-on. It takes immense bravery to step into the ring, especially with limited experience. Jamie's Australian opponent recognized this and tactfully targeted the body, showing great respect and sportsmanship. Hats off to you, Bruce, a true class act!
