A huge thank you to all the wonderful families who joined us for our October Family Fun Day today, Wednesday 22nd October! 💛

It was so special to see everyone come, stay, and play, spending time with your children and exploring the toddler and preschool environments where they learn and grow every day.

As we always say, play is the highest form of work for every child, and it’s such a privilege to have our parents join in the fun and see that play in action.

A big shout-out as well to our incredible early educators for all their hard work, creativity, and care in making today such a success! 🌼

Our ECCE scheme finished on Wednesday 18/6/25 and preschool graduations for the children transitioning to “Big School” took place today.🎓
The children graduating Respond Early Years’ Service - Ard an Ghleanna Tramore have been attending for the last 2/3 years. ♥️
We would like to thank them for fun filled days of learning, exploring and creating. 🌈

The childcare professionals Sandra Morrissey, Emma Shine, Jessica Lindsay, Mairead McCartan, Mandy Feehan, Bernadette Wall, Aine O Hehir, Katie Farrell, Freya Mullally & Anne Couteleau have been so privileged to be part of your early education and will remember all of our magical moments together 🥰

Today was a truly special day as we celebrated the launch of Up the Hill, Down the Hill a beautiful book created by the children of Respond, County Waterford, with heartfelt contributions from our amazing school-age children here in Respond Early Years Service, Tramore.

Through their incredible artwork and thoughtful voices, the children helped shape a book that explores homes, communities, and what these places mean to them. It was a joy to see their creativity, perspective, and talent brought to life on the page.

This project, a collaboration between Respond and Kids Own Publishing Partnership, gave the children the chance to be published creators and they absolutely rose to the occasion. 📚

We are so proud of every single child who took part. Your work is meaningful, your voices matter, and today was a beautiful reminder of the power of children’s ideas and imaginations. 💫

Well done, everyone, I would like to thank the children and families who took part in today’s launch presentation, we are beaming with pride. 🥰
