✨ Final Speaker Spotlight: Magdalena Denkova

We’re delighted to introduce our final speaker for the upcoming MII Cork event, Diverse Perspectives: Fuelling Business Success Through Unique Insights - Magdalena Denkova.

Magdalena is a marketing professional with over seven years’ experience in global roles, supporting internal communication strategies across 14 countries. Having worked with teams representing more than 150 nationalities, she brings a strong and practical understanding of cultural diversity in business.

Her professional experience, combined with her own migration journey, has shaped a valuable perspective on inclusion, adaptability, and global collaboration - qualities that are increasingly important in today’s workplace.
Magdalena is passionate about applying inclusive, globally minded approaches to marketing and communication, helping organisations connect more effectively with both employees and audiences.

We’re looking forward to the perspective Magdalena will bring as we complete a brilliant panel of voices for what promises to be a thoughtful and engaging evening.

✨ Speaker Spotlight: Orla McAndrew

We’re delighted to introduce Orla McAndrew, who will be joining the panel for our upcoming MII Cork event, Diverse Perspectives: Fuelling Business Success Through Unique Insights.

Orla is a chef, writer, and founder of Food - an award-winning catering company known for delivering high-end, zero-waste hospitality. A Gold Medal winner for Event Caterer of the Year 2025, she is redefining what luxury looks like, proving that premium experiences can go hand-in-hand with sustainability.

Through thoughtful menu design and a strong commitment to Irish producers, Orla challenges the idea that excellence requires excess - bringing a fresh and considered approach to hospitality.

Alongside her work in catering, Orla is the author of Larder (Blasta Books) and a regular contributor to national media, contributing to wider conversations around food, community, and connection.

As a neurodivergent entrepreneur, she brings a distinctive perspective on creativity, sustainability, and inclusive thinking in business - something we’re really looking forward to exploring on the night.

✨ Speaker Spotlight: Matthew Corbett

We’re pleased to introduce Matthew Corbett, who will be joining the panel for our upcoming MII Cork event, Diverse Perspectives: Fuelling Business Success Through Unique Insights.

As Communications Senior Manager for Europe at TELUS Digital , Matthew leads on strategic messaging, employee engagement, and crisis communications across a diverse, multinational workforce of over 14,000 people. His experience spans corporate, public sector, and purpose-driven organisations across Ireland and Australia.

Matthew is a strong advocate for workplace wellbeing and inclusion, and has chaired TELUS Digital Ireland’s Mental Health First Aid team since 2021 - contributing to award-winning initiatives focused on employee support and psychological safety.

His work extends beyond the workplace, with involvement in community-focused initiatives including supporting refugees and migrants, and volunteering with Down Syndrome Cork’s Field of Dreams.

We’re looking forward to the perspective Matthew will bring to the discussion, particularly around communication, culture, and creating inclusive, supportive environments.

Alongside her professional experience, Jen is also a podcaster, and an advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion and neurodiversity - bringing a distinctive and valuable perspective on creativity, problem-solving, and inclusive thinking in marketing.
