Absolutely loving how this old kit is sounding in the room. I rescued this Olympic kit from a shed somewhere in Waterford about 9 years ago. The guy selling it was the grandson of a jazz drummer in the 70’s. It’s got a cigarette burn and a few war wounds but sounds and records amazing. I hope I look this good when Im 50 years old. 🤣

Aaaaand that’s a wrap. Thanks to all the drummers for making this my busiest year to date. I’ll have some exciting news to share with you soon but for now I’m off for a lie down and a haircut because I’ve no idea what’s going on there. 👀
Enjoy the summer.

Congratulations to Nicholas for absolutely crushing his latest exam. Very very proud of all his hard work this year, what I wouldn’t give for a fraction of his energy 🤣 Onto to the next one!
