📺 Shaping the Future – Celebrating Early Years Education in Ireland 🌱💛

We’re delighted to help spread the word about Shaping the Future, a special television documentary highlighting the vital role that Early Years Educators and Providers play in the lives of children and families across Ireland.

The programme will showcase the incredible work happening every day in Early Years services to support children’s learning, development, wellbeing and sense of belonging. 🧸📚🌿

Girls’ Pamper Evening 💕✨
Our girls enjoyed a lovely relaxing pamper evening in Afterschools! They had fun adding colourful braid extensions, designing their own salons and making homemade face masks. With relaxing music playing and a girly movie to finish the evening, it was the perfect chance to unwind, have fun and enjoy some time together! 💆‍♀️🎀🎬

Afterschools Festival
What a fantastic day at our Afterschools Festival! 🎉 The children had so much fun playing games that they had designed themselves, showing off their creativity and imagination. We also had a brilliant DJ, Emma, keeping everyone dancing and having fun! 💃🎶 To finish off the day, the children enjoyed a delicious Supermac’s dinner. 🍔🍟 A fun-filled festival enjoyed by everyone! ❤️

Our Seniors and 1st had a brilliant time making mosaic tiles pieces😊

We painted lasagne sheets for our tiles and broke them up into little pieces🎨

We then shaped our clay and stuck our 'tiles' into the clay making beautiful mosaic tiles ✨️

Our juniors learned about 🇦🇺Australia🇦🇺

🎨We had a brilliant time doing Aboriginal Dot Painting which is a form of art that Indigenous Australians use to express themselves. Tiny dots are used to make patterns that tell stories.

We watched National Geographic to see all the different types of animals that live in Australia
🐨🦘🕷🐍.

🪃We played 'Aussie Corners' where we had to run to the location where we would find DINGOS (outback) as well as CORAL🪸 (great barrier reef)
