Dance

The Dance Course at Coláiste Stiofáin Naofa is the first step to a fascinating and rewarding career in dance. All students will take ISTD Exams.

Students are taught to the highest level by Jane Kellaghan, the Artistic Director of cruX Contemporary Dance Company. ISTD Modern and Ballet taught at the highest Level by Aisling Byrne. AWARD

DURATION
This is a one year course but students on successful completion of Dance 1 may progress to Dance

2. Exceptionally talented students have the possibility to progress directly to one of the Further/Higher Education colleges in London.

Delighted to welcome and host former student Billiejean and her Rhythm Dance Company from Middleton, Cork who recently got through to the next round of ‘TV3, Ireland Got Talent’. Congrats also to former student Alice Foley and current students Chris O’Doherty and Kelly English who are also part of Billiejean’s dance crew.
