For a third year running, Morgan and Méabh have made St. Brigid’s Crosses to raise funds for two emergency teams, Critical and Banna Rescue. This year they made over 450 crosses and raised € 612 for each charity, smashing their totals from last year. The team are very lucky to have such amazing support from the community and we thank Morgan and Méabh for their huge effort and the long, long hours they have put in. ❤️

You know you want them!

These nuggets of loveliness are so fresh, they are still growing!

We grow, pick and deliver them to shops around the county, as well as our farm shop!

LEARNER DRIVERS

We recently received a complaint about a motorist who demonstrated impatience with a Learner Driver including beeping at the Learner and driving very close behind them. We would like to remind motorists that such behaviour could end up in a court appearance.
Learning to drive can be daunting, especially when other drivers become aggressive or impatient. Please try to remember what it was like when you were learning how to drive and be patient with learner drivers.

RSA and An Garda Siochana issue road safety appeal to all road users ahead of Easter Bank Holiday.

Drivers are urged to slow down, wear seatbelts, and not to drive while impaired through alcohol, drugs, or fatigue. They are also being reminded to watch out for vulnerable road users including cyclists, pedestrians, horse riders and motorcyclists particularly on rural roads where most fatal collisions take place.
