Duhallow Community Food Services are looking for a senior chef to head up their kitchen in north county Cork. They are a great community organisation who we’ve been working with to explore community-based not-for-profit local provision of school food. But they also have a busy community restaurant, meals on wheels and local event catering. It’s busy!

Delighted to have had the opportunity to visit our Italian 🇮🇹 Partners this week. Spoke with over 400 students about the opportunities that Ireland holds for both employment and education. In the last 5 years we have welcomed over 70 students for summer internships in hospitality businesses around Kerry. Here’s to continuing collaboration and a bright future ahead.

Delighted to be part of the Tralee Food Festival on Saturday. Had the privilege of showcasing Local Spider Crab and Ling two under utilised species in abundance off our shores. They were perfectly accompanied by salad leaves and spring onions from Inspired and their garden in Scotias Glen and Multi Seed Sour Dough from The Kingdom's Bakery.
