Join our drop-in potato printing workshop for children and families this Saturday 20 September from 11am to 4pm. This fun activity is suitable for all ages and takes between 20-30minutes. It is included in our museum admission fee. Family offer: Adults €5/ children go free. Please note that children need to be supervised at all times.

Embracing the Outdoors in the Updated Aistear
Kerry CCC are excited to provide the opportunity for ELC and SAC Educators to attend this free seminar with Dr. Sharon Skehill on
on Thursday 25th September 2025 in The Killarney Heights Hotel.

The event will start at 6.00pm with registration, food, refreshments and a networking opportunity followed at 7.00pm by Dr. Sharon Skehill's presentation and Q and A session.

Dr. Skehill is an Early Years Educator and Researcher at her full daycare outdoor service in Galway. She has been working with babies, toddlers and young children for over 20 years and is a passionate advocate for early childhood education and care. Sharon has been working with the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) as an Education Officer updating Aistear, the early childhood curriculum framework, taking a lead role in the consultation, development and dissemination of the Framework.
