Today we learned yogic breathing also know as 3 step breathing.

As you can see, we decided to practice this session in the forest, surrounded by nature. We both felt high on life after just 10 short minutes. This can be done anywhere but nature really takes it to the next level.

With halloween comes pumpkins right? WROOOONG!

Let me tell you about stingey jack and his jack- O - lantern 👀

According to legend he was a man who was sentenced to roam the earth for eternity by the devil himself 😈

A ghostly figure of the night 👻 Jack walks with his carved turnip with a burning coal inside to light his way 🔥 Irish folklore describes him initially as Jack of the Lantern which became Jack O’ Lantern 🎃

Halloween started with the Irish festival Samhain or All Hallows’ eve,it’s now the halloween as we know it 👻😈 This time of year is where the veil is thinnest and weakest between our world and the spirit world and allows spirits,ghouls and goblins to roam the earth 🌍

This legend is why people in Ireland began to carve turnips and make their own version of jack and his grotesque face,potatoes and beets were included too,they placed them outside of the their homes in the hope it would ward off jack and the other wandering spirits 👹👿

Irish immigrants in the 19th century leaving through harsh times brought this tradition with them to America and other parts of the world,they soon discovered that pumpkins were a lot easier to carve than turnips,

So this Samhain make sure you carve your jack o lantern as an ode to jack and those that went before us,offer them some gifts and thanks and welcome this new season of hope and joyousness 🙏

If you ask nicely maybe jack will skip passed your house this year 👻👹🎃🥔🧖‍♂️👽

The lil vegan tattoo(my second in a week) to mark almost a year since I opened my eyes and stop consuming animal products.

The second is 2:4 which is my human design and my make up, thanks to for helping me learn and understand this and how important it makes me ✨❤️👏

Benny and Luna are not just cats,they’re my whole life,they’ve helped me through hard times along with the good ones 🥰🙏

I know they visit different realms through the night but they always come home ✨😂❤️
