Our Roundabout Program took the stage for the first time last Sunday with Thurles Community Orchestra and 🎶 Thanks to all the parents, schools, staff, and music tutors who made this dream possible. ✨

St. Angela’s Academy of Music, Thurles, is seeking passionate and enthusiastic teachers for the upcoming academic year, with a particular interest in voice teachers of all genres.

Successful candidates will provide lessons both individually and in groups (where applicable) from beginners to Grade 8. Experience with RIAM exams a bonus.

Deadline: Friday, 19th of June. Interviews held the following week.

Congratulations to Katelyn Barry who won the Girls Solo 16-19 Competition at last week. Katelyn is a voice student and multi-instrumentalist studying at St. Angela’s Academy, as well as a member of our Motown band, 🎷

Her dedication, musicianship, and hard work continue to shine through everything she does. Well done Katelyn, we are so proud of you 🎶🎉

Summer Camps ☀️

This is a family orientated event which has been designed to showcase all of the wonderful young musicians in our community, especially those involved in our new Roundabout program which provides classical music education for primary school children.
