Reminder: training resumes for all at 6:30pm tonight Monday 12th of September. Training will be every Monday and Thursday at 6:30 in our new Premises at Energy Pure Health and Fitness situated immediately after Thurles Rugby club.

Hi all, Karate classes resume this Monday 12th of September at 6:30pm. Please note we have moved to Energy Pure Health and Fitness Gym which is situated just after Thurles Rugby Club.

Training is cancelled tonight Monday 25th of July.

Summer Reschedule Hi all, just letting you all know that from this week we will only be having Karate classes on Monday nights at the usual time and place. Just to confirm there will be no classes tomorrow Thursday the 30th.

Training resumes this Monday 31st of August at 7pm. Club will train Monday's and Thursday's at 7pm in the Presentation Primary School Hall. Hope all our members had a great summer.
