Reflection 💭💭💭
I talk about energy ALL the time. Because we are made up of energy (even the scientists have confirmed this)
It's how our remote controls work, our mobile phones, the Internet, etc. We press a button, and our commands are met!!
But what about this... what do your thoughts create? Is it positive or negative??
What do your emotions create? Are they positive or negative?
If we are constantly surrounded by a negative energy, we must look inside of ourselves because we are creating the energy around us. We can not control what others put out, but we CAN control if we accept it or don't. Do you take other people's energy, and if so....is it positive or negative???
What does your current environment look like? Does it support and encourage you to dream, create goals, and give you the space to learn and grow in order to achieve them?
Are you happy with where you are at right now? Do you see a future that's happy and fulfilling? If you are happy, that is amazing, and I am truly happy for you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
But if you are not where you want to be right now (and let's be real, life is a life long journey, we are all on a road to somewhere), what step can you take TODAY to put you one step closer to being where you want to be?

Doing any task with intention!!!
Let's talk about that a little bit! We know thoughts create energy, and we know what we get bwck what we put out there, so.....
What is your thought process when you are doing your daily tasks???
For example, when you cook a meal for your family, are you doing it with the intention of nourishing, supporting, and loving them? Or are you doing it with anger and resentment because you are the one who is always left to do this task?
I used to be the kind of person who when I was at my limit, and did this task (and the many other tasks that I was left to do alone) with anger and resentment because I felt abandoned, unappreciated and taken advantage of. And let me be honest, I was!!!
Let's fast forward 11 years....
When life gets hard and there's a lot to do, and often it's left for one person to do the majority of the household tasks, it's very easy to fall back into that thought process. And me falling into that old habit leaves me feeling, angry, sad, and unsupported. But often, the reality is that someone has to take that load for a bit because the other person is not in that position. But, having that open dialogue and communication with your person helps to manage that negative thought process. And also realising that my old life is not my new life.
●Cleaning my home with the intention of creating a comfortable home for my family to enjoy
●Washing clothes that give my family comfort as they go about their daily lives
●Creating a tasty nutrious meal to support my family's growth and knowing they will enjoy it ●Spending one on one time with each of my children and husband so they know I value them as a person and the quality time we spend together ❤️
None of this comes easy, it's something I have to work on daily, knowing negative emotions and a narrative in my head that's not only NOT true but also doesn't benefit me or anyone else in any way!!
We are our own storey tellers. We control what we tell ourselves every day!!!
So the next time you cook a meal, do the washing, clean the house... Do it with the positive intention of doing it because you want to love and support your families growth 🫶

Instagram vs. reality
Things are not always as they seem, Instagram and other social platforms show you tint elements of what people want you to see!
Comparing yourself or your life so someone else's is just unnecessary negatively!! If there's something you want or don't want in your life.....change it!!!
But don't watch others from the sidelines wishing you had what you THINK they have!
Go out and fu***ng create it for yourself!!!
Because often when things look "perfect" in reality they're just having 20 mins gobbling cheese and crackers beside their toddlers bug collection 😅😅

Myself and this wonderful human Emma will be going LIVE tomorrow evening at 7pm, talking about our fears, obstacles and how working online has changed not just our mindsets but our lives and how we view our future!!

I'm catching up on some of our weekly training calls!!!
After a very tough week and the reeling aftermath of losing someone 💔 it's been hard to get back to work!
The amazing thing about running my own business and being my own boss is that I don't have to ask for permission for time off.
I do what I can when I'm able, and that's totally OK!!
I'll never go back to a job where I am told how many days I'm entitled to take off after a bereavement. When the week of saying goodbye is done, we still have to deal with the emotions our bodies are going through, and everyone has a different pace.
I am an empath which means I feel what other people feel, this makes me a person who is very aware if others but also it means I tend to take on other people emotions and that can be a heavy burden to take!
I've found the last few days I'm looking for unproductive ways to distract what I'm feeling in my body. That means scrolling on my phone, eating or watching absilte sh*te on Netflix!!
So today, I want to make a conscious effort to do one or maybe 2 things that will benefit me and help me move through in a healthy way!!!
