Thomastown Parish Senior Citizens' Association Thomastown Parish Senior Citizens Association is a voluntary organisation Our Aims:
1. To provides social activities for the senior citizens of the parish.

To represent the views of the Senior Citizens of the Parish of Thomastown.
2. To provides information and education for the senior citizens of the parish in respect of their positions as Senior Citizens.
3. This will include socials, outings, and a Christmas dinner.
4. To run a second-hand shop, the proceeds of which will go to the activities for the Thomastown Parish Senior Citizens Associatio

n.
5. To run a Flag Day each year and Christmas raffle once appropriate permission is granted by the local Garda superintendent for the benefit of the association. Ex Officio Member: Fr Dan Bollard

A fantastic day out on the annual day trip organised by Nellie Doherty who is Chair of the Thomastown Parish Senior Citizens Association. They visited beautiful gardens in Tramore followed by some people watching on the sunny strand. All the money raised through the shop on Thursdays and Fridays goes towards subsidizing the day trips, annual holiday and the free dinners at Christmas and St. Patrick’s Day attended each year by 100 people from our local community. Thank you as always for your support each week and for our wonderful volunteers.
