I’m very proud to announce that my student James Scally has been short listed for the AIB Young Portrait Prize 2025 at the National Gallery of Ireland from 8 November 2025 until 15 March 2026; admission free.
The exhibition will travel to two partner venues in 2026: Regional Cultural Centre, Letterkenny (4 April-20 June 2026) and Waterford Art Gallery (18 July-11 October 2026).

Sometimes the in-between stage is just as beautiful as the finished painting.
