Last night I had the pleasure of catching up with our former pupil and employee Ahmed.
Ahmed first came to us in 2020 with broken English to enquire about completing our personal training course. After finishing the course, I decided to take him on as a trainer at HPTC 💚
Sadly, he later decided to leave the industry altogether to try his hand in another field of work. But as fate would have it, he eventually found his way back into the fitness industry. A similar path I took myself when trying to find my purpose as a young lad.
He is now working as a Deputy Manager in one of the big fitness chains and is also on hand to cover classes at HPTC when needed.
It was great catching up with this young man. Seeing how much he has progressed over the last 6 years has been a joy to witness. A true testament to the person he is and the potential I always knew he had 👏

Our trainer Emmet is doing a 2 day 300k charity cycle. From Bunratty castle to Tullamore. The cycle is in aid of the Jigsaw charity. Who are the National Centre for youth mental health. They provide a free service, for the youths that need it most 🧠
His has put on this lovely hamper, which is up for a raffle. With all proceeds going to the Charity.
The cycle will be on 10th and 11th July
