Huge congrats to Saoirse Kelly from all in Our Lady’s Templemore. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 We are very proud of you.👏🏻

The final award of the afternoon is presented to Saoirse Kelly.

On July 8th this year, Saoirse carried out life-saving first aid on a boy that had been pulled from a local lake.

Her brave actions and composure in the face of crisis meant that the young boy survived.

Congratulations to former student Patrick O’Brien on his new business. Wishing you lots of success from OLSS.

We would like to extend congratulations to Conor Burke, Killea, Templemore. Conor achieved fourth place in Ireland in the Chartered Accountants Ireland Final Admittance Examinations (FAEs).
Conor, son of Mr Martin Burke and a past student of Our Lady’s completed his Leaving Certificate in 2013. He then continued on to UCC where he studied Commerce, graduating in 2017.
In 3rd year of UCC he gained a work placement with Deloitte.
Deloitte offers a range of services within audit, tax, consulting, and corporate finance to both public and private clients spanning multiple industries.

During his work placement year Deloitte offered Conor a 3 year contract with their graduate program. Within these three years Conor successfully completed several sets of accounting and taxation exams. Congrats Conor, a super achievement.

Deloitte is celebrating exam success in the Chartered Accountants Ireland Final Admittance Examinations (FAEs) – in addition to two of its students achieving a top ten placement in the exams nationwide, overall there was a pass rate of 88% in the firm, which is 10% higher than the national ave...
