Scór is a GAA competition to promote Irish Traditional pastimes & culture among GAA clubs.
Scór Sinsear( Aged 17 years and over)
Limerick County Competition is on *Oct 1st* . (Venue TBC)

Members of Glin GAA Club who would like to participate in the following disciplines are invited to enter:

✅ Solo singing ( 1 competitor per club with or without accompaniment)

✅ Instrumental Music ( Group of 3-5 traditional musicians)

✅ Recitation/Scéalaíocht ( 1 competitor per club)

✅ Table Quiz : This competition will be held on *Thur Sept 29th* .
(One team of 4 will be selected from interested members)

*Closing date for entry is* *Sept 2nd 2022* .

Congratulations to all the boys and girls who graduated 🎓 🎓 🎓 👏 👏 👏 💖 💖 from Wishing Tree Preschool last week. We weren't able to have our usual graduation ceremony due to current restrictions. However, that didn't stop us from pulling it off, to make this years celebration special and involve everyone.

All at Wishing Tree Preschool are very proud of the boys and girls and would like to thank all the parents for their fantastic and continued support throughout the year 👏 👏 Best of luck health and happiness as you continue on to the next chapter in your family life's journey. Onwards and upwards 🙌.

Children aged 2 to 12 can now get the nasal flu vaccine for free. The vaccine will help protect your child against flu and reduce the spread to others.

Just before Covid19 closure children from wishing tree preschool on their farm week taking a few moments to watch, listen and feel the hailstones as we were heading back to the farm house. We had just been to inspect Farmer Toms work and see if all the calf houses were ready. The new born calves stay with their moms for 2/3 days. Then they gradually learn to become independent living on their own with their friends and drinking milk from a bucket. It was a fabulous week for the children even though it was cold we were warm and well tucked up in our warm farm wet gear. Great week for lots of new expierences and positive learning outcomes for all children. Wishing tree preschool are helping the preschool children stay connected during the covid19 closure. Next week Farmer Tom is sending the children and update from the farm and guess where the baby calves are now!
