Happy ! ✨
Let’s talk about being fearless. For a long time, we’ve been told that being fearless means having no fear. But in the world of mental health, we know that true courage isn't the absence of fear, it’s choosing to move forward despite it.
Being fearless in your wellbeing journey looks like:
🌱 Having the courage to say
"I need help"
🌱 Setting healthy boundaries to protect your peace
🌱 Pausing to rest without feeling guilty
🌱 Challenging negative self-talk
You don’t have to conquer everything today, and you certainly don’t have to do it alone. Doing it scared is just as brave.

Our students start their work experience placements today. We wish them every success in this and hope that they gain valuable insights into the organisations and the roles in which they take on or observe.
Our work placements this year range from Hospital, Retail, Care, Office, IT, Sports, and Training settings.
All students have the opportunity to explore placements with local businesses, and some decide to take on roles and projects within our own organisation.
We work with each student in deciding what works best for them.
Overall this is a positive experience for our students, with some past students being offered employment from their placements on completion of their training. This is a valuable element of the training we do here in TTN.

To anyone heading into the Leaving Cert exams… this is your official reminder to breathe. 😮💨👇
The pressure right now can feel absolutely massive. Everywhere you look, the conversation is about points, study timetables, and what course you are doing next year. It is completely normal if your head feels crowded, if you are feeling nervous, or if you feel like everyone else has it together except you.
But please remember this: You are allowed to care about your exams without letting them define your entire worth. You are a whole person with strengths, humor, kindness, and a future that is so much bigger than this one exam period.
As you navigate the next few weeks, keep these gentle reminders in mind:
✨ Rest is productive: Pulling all-night study sessions will only burn out your brain. A rested mind retains information much better.
✨ One bad day means nothing: If an exam paper doesn’t go your way, close that chapter. Focus entirely on the next one. There are always alternative pathways to where you want to go.
✨ Change the scenery: If you feel overwhelmed while studying, step away. Go for a short walk, listen to a favorite song, or literally just go touch some grass.
✨ Talk it out: Don’t carry the heavy pressure silently. Talk to a friend, a parent, or a trusted mentor if it all gets a bit too much.
You have worked incredibly hard to get to this point. Show up, do your absolute best, but look after your mind first.
Exams matter, but you matter more. 💚
