Woman’s beginners yoga starts September 2nd 6 weeks €78 or €15 PAYG. All equipment supplied and each week we will have the opportunity to challenge ourself if that’s what you want. You choose what you want from the class! Always listening to your body and responding with kindness to yourself. We start with legs up the wall, then a seated warm, then core strengthening with modification and then our asana building balance, focus, strength and resilience within ourselves.
