Congratulations to our Leaving Cert students on their fantastic fundraising efforts as part of their LCVP course. The students were delighted to present Mary Horkan from North West Hospice with a cheque for the funds raised 👏🏼 💛💜

A sincere thank you and well done to all involved, especially their teacher Ms Cox for her support, guidance and encouragement throughout the project!🙌🏼

Today we celebrated the incredible achievements of our students at the Senior Awards Ceremony in St Mary’s College🌟

Congratulations to all of the students who received awards today for their hard work, dedication, talent and achievements throughout the year. We are so proud of everything you have accomplished and the commitment you continue to show in all aspects of school life!🏆

A sincere thank you also to our teachers and staff for their unwavering hard work, dedication and support. Your encouragement and guidance help our students grow, succeed and strive to be the very best they can be!🙌🏼

Our Leaving Certificate students continued their day preparing for their Graduation Mass taking place tomorrow evening in St Brigid’s Church before finishing the day with their final lunch together as a year group, kindly prepared by our very own teachers here in St Mary’s College!

Our students in the homeroom went on a day trip to Sligo town last Thursday 30th April!🙂
They began the trip by getting the local bus at the bus stop on the Main Street in Ballisodare. On arrival we visited Esquires cafe for tea and milkshakes, dropped into the Sligo County Library for a tour of its services - students got their own library cards on the day. They also went shopping in the Canopy and enjoyed a treat in Shake Dog diner to finish.
Thank you also to all of our staff who accompanied the students on what was a great day out! ☀️

As part of their Young SVP project, our TY students proudly presented Eamon Lawless from St. Vincent de Paul with a cheque raised through their recent fundraising activity!🙌🏼

A special thank you to Julie Barr from SVP, who also attended the presentation and presented students with certificates in recognition of their participation in the workshops! 👏🏼
