✨What does a day on our Epoch summer camp look like? It's packed full of wellbeing workshops, outdoor activities, nutrition talks and cooking sessions and so much more!

🌄Epoch's week-long learning experience takes place in August and has been designed specifically for 13-16 year olds. This all-inclusive camp takes place in Sligo along the Wild Atlantic Way. Participants will stay in accommodation in Sligo Grammar School located just a few minutes from Sligo town, nestled between Benbulben and Knocknarea mountains and just a short distance from beautiful beaches, tranquil Lough Gill and the Garavogue river.

🎓We have an amazing team of qualified facilitators including nutritionists, qualified sports instructors, outdoor guides and play therapists who are there to support teenagers in their personal development in a fun, non-competitive environment.

📣We also have a referral programme for friends or siblings who'd like to attend the camp together with discounts available!

👏The Epoch camp takes place in Sligo in August and will feature a team of highly qualified facilitators including nutritionists, psychologists, fitness coaches, qualified instructors, play therapists and more. Our week-long programme is focused on nutrition, exercise, outdoor activity and personal development.

🌊This week is an opportunity for your teenager to experience the outdoors, get a great understanding of good nutrition, focus on their wellbeing and so much more.

🌟All accommodation, meals, programme activities and outdoor excursions are included in the cost of the camp and we also have a referral programme with discounts available for friends who wish to attend the camp together!

✨ Meet Liz! ✨

We are privileged to introduce Liz as a faciliator on the Epoch team. Liz is a dedicated Child and Adolescent Therapist, Parent Mentor, and Relationship Mentor. She brings a wealth of expertise with Post Graduate Diplomas in Play Therapy, Parent Mentoring, and Relationship Mentoring from UCC and CTC.

Liz is also a proud member of the Irish Association of Play Therapists and Psychotherapists, as well as the Irish Association of Relationship Mentors.

🌟 Meet Dermot! 🌟

Dermot’s name is synonymous with athletics across Ireland. He is one of the leading coaches in spotting talent and guiding athletes along the pathway from local clubs to Olympic and Paralympic levels.

A qualified AAI Level 2 coach and coach tutor, Dermot specializes in performance pathways and athlete development.

We are truly blessed to have such a caliber of facilitator on the Epoch team.

🌊 Meet John! 🌊

John has dedicated the last 15 years to working on the water along the Garavogue River and Lough Gill in Sligo. As a qualified water sports instructor, he holds certifications in FETAC and outdoor recreation. He has also earned Level 3 Rescue Emergency Care certificates and recently completed a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Arts Practice.

At Epoch, we pride ourselves on having the best facilitators in the business, and John is a fantastic addition to our expert team.
