The children had a fantastic day exploring the park recently, making the most of the beautiful weather. From climbing and balancing to swinging and playing together, there were plenty of opportunities to build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy the great outdoors. 🌞🍃

🌊⚓ Our after-school adventurers had a very special outing last week!

We took a trip down to Sligo Docks to see the spectacular Galeón Andalucía, the world's largest replica of a traditional Spanish galleon. The children were amazed by the size of the ship and loved getting to see a real piece of maritime history up close! 🚢✨

The Galeón Andalucía is visiting Sligo to commemorate the county's historic connection to the Spanish Armada of 1588, making it a wonderful opportunity for the children to experience history beyond the classroom.

There was lots of excitement at Cre8ive Corner Creche Brooklawns recently as we welcomed some very special visitors from the Sligo Fire Brigade!

The children had an amazing time learning about the important work firefighters do to keep our communities safe and even getting a close-up look at all the equipment they use.

A huge thank you to the Sligo County Fire Service for taking the time to visit us and make the children's day. 🚒 ❤️

What a brilliant day our preschoolers had on their recent end-of-year trip to Five Star Fun! 🌟 We all had a fantastic day out, and the children loved racing down the slides, climbing and making their way through the obstacle courses.

A big thank you to Stephen from McDonald & Son Dial A Bus Sligo for getting us there safely. The bus journey is always a highlight of the day. 🚌💛

Cre8ive Corner Creche Brooklawns is absolutely thrilled to announce we have been presented with a special award to mark 20 years of ongoing quality.

Our manager Heather Clarke recently accepted the award from EIQA (Excellence Ireland Quality Association) on behalf of all of those working at Brooklawns. She is pictured here with Carmel Robinson, Creche Manager at Farmhill Manor, who accepted it on behalf of Farmhill Manor.

The accolade was to mark the fact that our parent company – Bridgestock Care – has excelled in the prestigious National Q Mark programme for an impressive 20 years. On presenting it at a special ceremony recently, Q Mark’s Director Marie Doyle-Henry said the recognition was a rare one only achieved by a handful of other companies.

It was a special night for all of us at Farmhill Manor and Brooklawns as well as for those working across the entire company.

Recently the children at Cre8ive Corner Creche Brooklawns took part in the Big Toddle Walk to raise money for Barnardos. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️💛 The children really enjoyed taking part and supporting such an important cause. Well done to everyone involved and thank you to all who supported the fundraiser. 😊
