In memory of Ross McCarthy Summerhill’s Grad Committee have donated €500 to charities chosen by Ross’s family.

North West Stop provides counselling in our local area and the ISPCA is Ireland’s leading animal welfare charity. Thank you to all who attended the grad as you were the ones who made this possible.

Notorious local drug dealer Mark “The Mexican Mouse” McDermott was apprehended by authorities in the early hours of the morning. A duffle bag containing sixteen kilos of co***ne, enough ket to kill an elephant and a pink toothbrush was seized. McDermott told authorities that he was going to visit his brothers in Dublin. The public is warned that other members of the McDermott cartel may still be at large.

Summerhill Grad is pleased to announce our two front runners for the prestigious “Meme of the Year” award. Bestowed on a student who shows excellence in making a fool of themselves daily. It looks set to be a tight race and is sure to come down to the wire.

With the unfortunate recent news of prices of pints increasing again, we hope it will keep Seán “The Skin Crawler” McCarthy away from the beer after his antics over the last few weeks. With the Christmas exams coming up we’d like to remind everyone not to worry about them as how could there be Christmas exams in November? Stay safe and enjoy the World Cup 🍺 💨 🚬 🍁

Best of luck to the senior Summerhill rugby team who take on the grammar tomorrow from all of us here on the grad committee and the wider Summerhill community, except for Matthew “I should be on the grad committee” Ballantyne who is pictured below representing the team he will be supporting in tomorrows game.
