Acorn Academy Acorn Academy is a purpose built Childcare Facility catering for Children aged from 2yrs 6mts to 12years. Meath. Our service is fully insured and HSE compliant.

Our services include: Breakfast Club, Preschool, and Afterschool Care. Acorn Academy caters for the needs of families in the surrounding areas of Rathkenny, Slane and Navan Co. Our aim is to provide the children in our service with age appropriate and stimulating activities that aid their holistic development. In our preschool, we follow the Play Curriculum, while adhering to the standards of Siol

ta & Aistear. We are also a participating service int he ECCE Scheme, which provide one FREE preschool year to all Children, before they attend National School. All members of staff are fully trained and Garda Vetted. In Acorn Academy we have competitive affordable rates to suit every budget. so please feel free to call or enquire further about our services.

A fantastic teachable moment here in Acorn today - and all from a delivery of freshly picked potatoes 🥔 . We made mash from steamed potatoes and cut up chips too. The children got to sample both and even had gravy for the mash and ketchup for the Chips 🍟
