Many years,ago I began teaching my simple Applique technique to a wonderful group of Five ladies around my kitchen table . This group grew, over the years, into several groups dotted around Ireland and the UK.

Ive learnt that with encouragement and alot of fabrics, a simple stitch and coffee and biccys, people can find their creativity and build their confidence along side .

It is,a pleasure to see people come together and stay together as a group long after the teacher has flown !!!

My technique is,simple , it is the simplicity that I enjoy sharing with others because it leaves room for inspiration to grow.

Some of my old students are having an exhibition at the Blue house gallery in Schull West Cork .

Friday. 27th July 6-8pm

It will be well worth the visit .
