Atlantic Aviation Group Training Atlantic Aviation Group has a Part 147 training school EASA approved to provide type theory and practical training on most Boeing aircraft.

From its facilities in Shannon and others around the word, Atlantic Aviation Group is EASA and Rosaviatsiya (Russian CAA) approved to carry out Part66 Type Theory and Practical Training on Boeing 737CL / NG and Diffs, 757 / 767 and Diffs and 777 aircraft. All engine permutations, and differences. Our classrooms are climate controlled and spacious and we have full access to our maintenance hangars

and our own aircraft for practical experience. In addition we run specialist training such as Cabin Technician, Allied Trade Technician and our now world famous B1 B2 Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship fostering the worlds finest Aircraft Engineers.

Atlantic Aviation Group is pleased to offer an Evening Course, PART 147 B1B2 Theory and Practical Training on the B737 6/7/8/900 CFM-56 commencing on the Wednesday 2nd December at its Facility located at the Shannon Industrial Estate, Shannon, Ireland. The Theoretical training course will run from Wednesday 2nd December to Friday 12th February and will be instructed on by our in house experienced licenced engineers.
The Practical training course will take place in Shannon in early 2016
Theoretical Duration: Theoretical training will take place five evenings per week, Monday to Friday, commencing at 5pm each evening with two and a half weeks complete up to Friday December 18th.The course will recommence on Monday 4th January and run until Friday 12th February.
Class Time-Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5pm to 10pm
Tuesday, Thursday:5pm to 8.15pm
Theoretical Cost: €2500
Practical: B1B2=11 Days
B1 or B2=10 Days
Practical Cost: TBD

767 differences from 757 B1 B2 Theory and Practical course to be run in Shannon on the 2nd November 2015, full theory (CF6) and practical (CF6) B1/B2. PW can be added if requested but it is three extra days Theory and one Practical and will depend on numbers and access to an engine.
Duration 16 days (we will try to fit this to within three week footprint).
Cost €2450 CF6 Only. If PW is added an additional €750 will apply however is dependant on access to a PW engine.

Approval will be our Irish 147 IE-147-0012, delivered by our full time instructors.

It has been confirmed that our 4th year apprentice, Ros Wynne has been selected to represent Ireland in the 2015 world skills competition in the category of “Aircraft Maintenance”. This competition will take place in Sao Paulo Brazil from 11 Aug to 16 Aug. Ros is following in the footsteps of Joe Kelly who represented Ireland in the last world skills competition back in 2013. Joe went on to win the gold medal on that occasion.
