Changing our attitude is not an easy feat, it requires patience and persistence. But it is possible with repetition. By becoming aware of our thoughts and actively choosing to act on them, we can create positive changes in our lives. Did you know that our minds cannot hold positive and negative thoughts simultaneously? This means that we have a choice - and the same amount of energy goes into both types of thoughts. So why not choose positive? It can change your life, literally. So let's make a conscious effort to add value to someone's life today by choosing to have a positive attitude. Start by adding value to your life today. Start by being grateful for even the smallest of things in your life right now.

It's the lens through which we view the world, and it shapes our experiences. When we cultivate a positive attitude, we attract positive experiences into our lives. When we focus on the negative, we create more negativity. Attitude is the composite of thoughts, feelings and actions, yes they are all connected. So, let's make a conscious effort to check our attitude daily, and choose to see the world in a positive light. Remember, it's not about what's happening around us, it's about how we choose to react to it. Let's live from within, and create a brighter world around us!

It’s not always easy to be positive all the time however, the mind cannot hold a positive and negative thought at the same time. Listen to your inner voice (intuition). Stop for 10 minutes at some stage during your day and think! Mental activity does not constitute thinking. Really think about what YOU want to be, do or have today. There’s so much more I can say about this and it all starts with attitude, (thoughts, feelings and actions). Make this a great day for you.

We literally make thousands of decisions everyday but how many do we make that bring us closer to our goal? First thing we have to decide is our goal, once that is done, get emotionally involved with it, then make decisions to achieve your goal. It’s not the goal that counts but how you grow as a person along the way. You can create your own economy.
