Our final assembly of the school year was a very special one.

Our Student Council gave their final address, reflecting on a fantastic year and all that has been achieved together.

We also took time to remember Cara Curley, who would have celebrated her 21st birthday this month. Each year we honour Cara through our writing competition, and this year's theme of Peace inspired some truly beautiful and thoughtful entries. Congratulations to all of our winners, and sincere thanks to the Curley family for their continued generosity in providing the trophies and treats for the children.

We also said farewell to our wonderful 6th Class as they prepare to begin the next chapter of their journey. We wish each and every one of them every happiness and success in the years ahead.

As another school year comes to an end, we'd like to thank our pupils, parents, staff and wider school community for making it such a successful and memorable one. We hope you all enjoy a safe, happy and well-deserved summer.

We wish Múinteoir Ronan the very best of luck in the coming year as he embarks on his new role with Óide. While we will miss him greatly, we are excited for him as he begins this new chapter. We will always be here to support him and wish him every success and happiness on his new adventure! 👏👏👏👏👏

Great to see our past pupils Lily Finneran, Chloe Mulryan, Grace Barron & Jack Brooks bring in the silverware today! Lots of photos taken and lots of autographs signed on anything that could be signed! Great role models for the children. Well done to all the Roscommon teams! 👏👏👏👏

It is always emotional saying goodbye. 😭 Today we had our graduation for our 6th Class. They have grown into amazing young adults and we are very excited to see where life takes them. What we do know is that they will continue to be the nicest, helpful and empathetic people, and the future is secure knowing we have young people like this coming through. Best of luck to an amazing class. 👏👏👏👏

We were blessed with our Sports Day today in Skyvalley. Lots of laughs were had. It was wonderful to have the parents join in with the activities too. We aren't sure whether the children or the adults enjoyed themselves more!!! Well done to 6th Class for organising the stations earlier in the day and working with each class. Ye played an absolute blinder. Thanks to Skyvalley for allowing us use their grounds while our school grounds are out of action. It was a wonderful day. 🌞🌞🌞🌞

Junior and Senior Infants had a wonderful time at their Teddy Bear Picnic! The children brought their favourite teddy bears, enjoyed tasty treats, played games and shared lots of smiles and laughter. 🐻🐻🐻🌞🌞🌞
