One of my favourite upcycles to date ✨✨✨
A really quick project (although it toook me two months to complete). What I should say is, this is a really quick and easy project if you just do this and not start 10 other projects in between and repaint your house at the same time 😳

Love how they came out. I’ll be honest I’ll more than likely use them with real candles (minus the shades) as the battery ones give out very little light. I’ve see. The chargeable bulbs on Amazon but I have to be honest, I really don’t like rechargeable stuff. Mainly because I can never seem to find the cable at the time I need to recharge it. Has anyone got a good solution to that?

Say hello to my new bathroom wall sconces . There’s two, I only snapped one with all the giddiness. What can I say, love makes a girl go a flutter. And how I love these sconces and their pretty pink shades that I whipped up with even more giddiness.

I bought them for €5 in a charity shop (I checked the date stamp - 10th August) and yes it’s now 15th October and I’m only sharing. What can I say? I got a stinking cold, I got totally overwhelmed with my gargantuan job list I’ve given myself in prepping the cottage for winter, and … I just lost my insta mojo. The latter isn’t quite fully returned, not helped by the mahoosive drop in views, the onslaught of pre C/mas ads and just the overall vibe on insta these days that I just don’t very much like. But it’s a love hate relationship, we are toxically entwined and I love it as much as I loathe it so here I am. For now.

Anywhos how are you? What have you been up to? Do you like the wall sconces? I’ll share deets on how I did it. Not that I think anyone wants to know. Well maybe a few of you will.?

This is all I’ve got right now. I think (I hope) the painting is done. I now just have to rebind everything 😳
