Coolbock National School closed its doors for the last time on 23rd June 2022.
Our final three pupils got a great send off and we wish them all the best in the next step of their education. Our friends and neighbours joined us in a poignant and memorable commemoration of everything that has gone before. It is the end of an era. Many generations of local children attended school here after it opened its doors in 1928. While we are more than sad, we are grateful for the great education, fond memories and lifelong friendships that Coolbock National School has provided over the past 94 years.
