A few examples from Clarke Art Summer Camp 2026. Painting with wool is a fiber art inspired by the traditional Huichol yarn paintings from Mexico and the modern fiber-art techniques of “painting” with loose wool fibers. These sunset landscapes created by students combine textures with glowing colours, creating a tactile and warm cozy feeling to their scenes. 🌅🌄🏞️

A few examples from Clarke Art Summer Camp 2026. Scratch art is a form of direct engraving in which the artist scratches off dark ink to reveal a white or colored layer beneath. These underwater drawings created by students have a cool glow as if caught in the light. 🪼🐙🦞

A few examples from Clarke Art Summer Camp 2026. Cartoneria or papier-maché sea turtle sculptures, inspired by traditional Mexican folk art. Students sculpted the form on a 3D armature using cardboard and crumpled paper taped together. They layered strips of newspaper soaked in paste and finished by painting their own unique colourful patterns and designs. 🐢
