In Kick Start Fat Loss club, we educate you and arm you with the latest nutritional information & fitness advice so that you can make the right choices to becoming a healthier and fitter you :)
Classes are once a week and it consists of
1) weighing and measuring
2) a nutritional talk
3) 30min workout
During the week,
you get access online to 10min workouts, motivation, hints and tips to stay focus and eating clean. The 24/7 support comes from some of the biggest and hottest fitness gurus in the U.K. No counting calories, no pre packed food, no shakes, no chemicals; just back to basics; eating clean; eating smarter and training smarter :)
