*New Term starting August 31st*
All levels are very much welcome, training locations are around the Ballinteer, Rathfarnham, Ballyroan areas.

This term is 12 weeks long and will include some bonus runs and races. DBR offers morning and evening slots with a pic 'n' mix style to accommodate busy lives, you aim for 3 runs per week. Cost €145.

Terenure 5 Miler, one of the best races on the calendar 🏆 Brilliant atmosphere, plenty of smiles, and a great day out all round 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🌞
Fair play to everyone who took part, everyone who supported from the sidelines, and to Sportsworld for putting on another superb event, including the post race spread, superb ✨

Huge congratulations to all the DBR runners who took on the Dublin City Half Marathon today.
In only its second year, the race is already becoming a brilliant fixture on the calendar, with this year’s event taking place on Sunday 3rd May.🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️
The conditions looked close to perfect, and after a full winter of training and a very wet spring, that felt well earned.🤩✨
Days like this are a reminder that the real reward comes from the commitment shown when nobody is watching, and from quietly going about your business, week after week after week.
Inspired by every runner who showed up, stuck with the process and gave it their all. 🏆🏅
