ajor Award FETAC Level 5 Qualification. Full Major Award FETAC Level 6 Advanced Certificate Supervision in Childcare obtaining a First Class Distinction in both. Caroline also has 14 years’ experience working as a Montessori Assistant and also has FETAC Level 6 training in Special Needs. Both staff are fully Garda Vetted and are both First Aid Responders and have Fire Protection Training and Child Protection Training. In our Montessori Pre-school we strive to aid the children grow and develop in an absolutely unique environment. The children learn to work and play to the very best of their ability, to care for and respect others, to develop a natural curiosity in the world around them and to fulfil a "Love of Learning". In our Montessori every child is treated with respect, given freedom within the limits of a carefully structured environment, and allowed to develop naturally at their own pace. Our approach here to education is child centred and is based on mutual respect and co-operation, and therefore aims to assist in the total development of the child. Montessori is about learning to balance responsibility with freedom of choice, it offers children the opportunity to realise their potential, in a non-competitive environment and seeks to promote in each child:
