Since 2018, I've tried to do at least one physical challenge per year that scares me in aid of a charity.

2020, 2021 & 2022 put a hold on these plans (I think you know why).

2023 saw some challenges that required some reevaluation. Now for 2024 I plan to pick things back up and partake in the 170km Ring of Kerry Ireland Cycle in aid of the Ring of Kerry Cycle fund (money raised will go to the events chosen charities).

This will be the longest distance and time I've ever spent in the saddle. 🚵‍♂️🚲🚵‍♂️.

I'd love it if you could either show your support to the charity via donation through the link provided or come along on the day and give what you can.

Cycling as well as any physical exercise is great for mental and physical health and the Ring of Kerry cycle is an annual iconic cycling event with amazing Irish coastal views. please support if you can.

Many thanks

P.S. I'll also post a link in the comments for more information about the charities and the event itself

Grateful to have been to able to purchase a set of Jerseys last year for my child’s football/soccer team with my Amazon shares whilst also supporting the charity my wife works for, Cara Rescue Dogs. Pictured is just 1 of the set of 16 Jerseys (2nd GK jersey) which will stay with Arlington Football Club for years to come and the idea is people in the Laois/Kildare area will see the Cara Rescue Dogs logo and support the charity too.
