Our Training Needs Identification and Design (TNID) programme is now enrolling for September 2026 and is the first module of the Special Purpose Award in Train the Trainer – QQI Level 6.

This module is designed for professionals who want to develop their skills in identifying training needs, designing effective learning interventions and evaluating training outcomes.
