A great response from Minister Simon Harris after his meeting with Youthreach learners & teachers earlier today 👏

Hi all! I’ve just had one of those meetings that has left me inspired, energised and more determined than ever to work to drive social inclusion through my new Department. I had the chance to meet online with learners and teachers from Youthreach and Community Training Centres across our country. Youthreach is aimed at people aged between 16 and 21 who have had to leave school early for a whole variety of reasons. Here’s my take on what I heard. So delighted to have met them all. Covid-19

Following on from the Government's Press Conference (Tuesday 24th March), Portlaoise Youthreach will remain closed until after the 19th of April.

Students are asked to continue working from home & to keep checking emails for work/assignments.

In line with this mornings announcement PYEC will close this evening, Thursday 12th March and reopen Monday 30th March.
